When is it a good idea to seek out one of these resources?
1) You frequently experience feelings like sadness or anxiety
2) Feelings of sadness, irritability, anxiety frequently getting in the way of important things like
- taking care of yourself (e.g., eating, sleeping),
- completing schoolwork or other responsibilities,
- getting along with friends and family
3) You are having thoughts about harming yourself or are engaging in self-harm behaviors
